A simple concept and yet it is one of the most challenging practice that we can undertake. The rewards are endless. I am not here to convince you how a meditation practice will enhance your life or why it is essential to your well-being.
I am here to help you find your practice. To guide you through the challenges that come up even before you begin. There are many impressions about what meditation actually is and who can meditate. I am here to tell you and show you that everyone can do it. There is a way.
Let’s start with lesson #1 - everyone has a busy mind. Everyone thinks a lot. You are not alone. Having a busy mind does not mean that you are going to fail and that a quiet mind is out of reach.
Start with the knowledge that you and everyone else that is meditating is also thinking. It is a fact that over time we think less, react less, and find space between the thoughts. These spaces of quiet is where the magic lives. The work of a meditation practice is to sit consistently enough that you have more and more quiet moments.

Group Meditation offers us a chance to learn and practice together. We will start each class with a brief check-in and then a short lesson and conclude with a guided practice.
Once you register, you will get the zoom link in your confirmation email and begin your practice on the next Tuesday.
